New addition to Harju Elekter AB’s management team

A key component of Harju Elekter’s slogan Electrifying Tomorrow is the continuous development of the company’s operations to meet tomorrow’s business opportunities. This includes the ambition to achieve highest quality manufacturing in line with the World Class Manufacturing concept. For Harju Elekter in Sweden it involves continuously focusing on improvements that bring increased cost efficiency, highest quality, stable production processes and ontime deliveries that match specifications.

To ensure continuous improvement, Harju Elekter’s management team in Sweden is being strengthened with the addition of an Operations Manager. This title has been chosen since it best describes the responsibilities included in the role.

The position includes:

  • Taking responsibility at the highest level for daily operations
  • Ensuring that the work process in the ERP system is followed
  • Driving the standardisation of work processes in all regions
  • Helping all employees live up to the company’s quality and environmental policies, and follow relevant processes
  • Responsibility for ISO Certification and internal/external audits
  • Continuously working to improve the entire organisation and its processes

Malmö Site Manager, Linus Erlandsson has been selected for promotion to Operations Manager, COO. Together with the CEO he will continue to develop the company in Sweden, at the same time supporting the site managers in their local work.

Harju Elekter’s CEO, MikaeI Schwartz Jonsson: “With this appointment Linus, together with our Finance Director Johan Thimgren, will act as my right hand in the company’s continued development. With his helicopter view, Linus has shown great determination and knowhow in establishing the necessary processes to support the organisation as it goes forward. In the near future, responsibility for the operations in Malmö will be transferred from Linus to a new site manager.
