New projects for Harju Elekter
Substations for Västtrafik in Gothenburg
Public transport providers Västtrafik and Transdev have ordered two new substations from SEBAB, soon to be Harju Elekter. The substations will be for a new bus depot for electric buses in the Gothenburg area. Since delivery is scheduled for the autumn, the project will start immediately.
The delivery is a total solution comprising two Combiflex indoor substations on concrete foundations, two MV switchgear units for 12 kV, 630 A, 20 kA, with Arcteq relay protection in compliance with IBH14, four transformers 1,000 kVA, two 1,600A LV switchboards Form 4A Plug-in, and bus ducts. The scope of supply includes project management, construction design, FAT-SAT, relay tests and installation support. Also included is the installation of Gothenburg Energy’s surveillance system.
Supplying power to ICA’s new logistics center in Brunna, Stockholm
Partnering with Assemblin in Västerås, SEBAB will supply ICA’s new logistics centre with a total solution that is strongly focused on energy efficiency. The project will start immediately and is expected to be completed during the winter this year.
The scope of supply is three Combiflex indoor substations on foundations, two MV switchboards for 24 kV, 630 A, 20 kA with an arc ventilator? with energy monitoring, four transformers 2,000 kVA and 800 kVA, 3,000 A LV switchgear Form 4A Plug-in with energy monitoring, Trafo enclosure 1,250 A LV switchgear Form 4A Plug-in with energy monitoring, and 55 distribution boards in different designs with energy monitoring. The project includes management, engineering design, FAT-SAT, relay tests and installation support.
Substations for the Swedish Fortifications Agency
SEBAB is continuing to supply equipment to the Swedish Fortifications Agency in the northern region in cooperation with Eltrion. Two prefabricated substations will be delivered during autumn 2020.
The delivery comprises two MV switchgear units 24 kV, 630 A, 25 kA, with Arcteq relay protection, four auxiliary power transformers 315 kVA, LV DC and KK cabinets, local switchboards with metering, and mimic boards with alarm systems. Also supplied will be engineering design, self-monitoring, FAT-SAT tests, relay and commissioning.
