SEBAB and GRYTEK becoming Harju Elekter AB

The Harju Elekter group is currently combining all its subsidiaries in the respective markets where they operate. In Sweden, this means that SEBAB and GRYTEK will become Harju Elekter AB. This process will continue during autumn 2020 and be completed during December.
Harju Elekter Sweden is a wholly owned subsidiary of the stock exchange listed Harju Elekter group in Estonia. Well known in Sweden, SEBAB and GRYTEK have been members of the group since 2018. With effect from June this year all operations have been gathered under Harju Elekter Sweden with the primary focus on solutions for electrical distribution, renewable energy and communications. Harju Elekter Sweden’s head office is in Malmö with local offices in Borlänge, Borås, Finspång, Luleå, Stockholm and Västerås.
Mikael Schwartz Jonsson, CEO of Harju Elekter AB: “Our ambition is to continue delivering sustainable solutions for electrical distribution. With this aim we now launch our new graphic profile and this new website, and we are expanding our resources on the sales side to give our customers the best possible support.
“We will gradually phase out the SEBAB and GRYTEK brand names, and this may be experienced as unclear during the transition. However we will do our best to send clear messages in all actions we take,” says Mikael in conclusion.
