A typical project includes a number of phases, such as: Planning a time schedule, preparation (own/sourced products), design, resource planning, installation and cable drawing, commissioning and testing, programming and configuring, service and possible warranty work. The creation of a quality plan is one of the measures we use for quality assurance in our projects, and for each large project the project manager draws up an appropriate quality plan. This comprises a general section and a number of supplementary plans, including control plans, which are adapted to the scope of the project.
Structure and order, combined with clear project reviews and close customer contact, are the path to a successful project. We deliver solutions for power distribution in a variety of executions and sizes under our own management. We have broad experience and good access to resources.
